Owner & Chef Tim Faltus, the owner and Executive Chef, has many years of restaurant experience, beginning as the manager of the Cheshire Inn and Stouffer's "Top of the Riverfront." Prior to opening Bellecourt Place, Tim also catered for friends and business associates. He is also a licensed interior designer.

The evolution of Bellecourt Place and Bellecourt Manor began when Tim recognized that there was a need for a unique banquet facility in Belleville and decided to combine his skills in design and cuisine. In 1994, he purchased the First Baptist Church on Jackson Street, naming it Bellecourt Place. In 2004 he opened Bellecourt Manor. After extensive upgrading, remodeling and elegant decorating in both locations, he created a luxurious atmosphere known for unforgettable banquets & delicious cuisine.
